Returns Policy

We can exchange goods for the following reasons.

• Wrong size
• Wrong colour
• Manufacturing defect

We charge a fee of £5 to cover our costs and to pay for P&P. Payment must be enclosed with the item(s) being returned (no cash). If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, this will be replaced free of charge.

It is essential that you know the goods you receive from us are new, to ensure this, we can't exchange goods that are not in a sealed manufacturing bag which has not had the seal opened. Some products are not available in this type of packaging and therefore can't be exchanged. Please ensure you are ordering the correct item that you want to purchase. The only exception to this is if the product has a manufacturing defect.

All Returns must be made within 21 days of receipt.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
